Nigerian transferee...
Relocation is a fun business.  I very much enjoy having the honor of meeting people not just from the U.S.A. but from other parts of the world.
Over the course of my career I have had the pleasure of relocating people from England, Ireland, France, Belgium, South Africa, Germany, Bulgaria, Vietnam, India, Sri Lanka, Greece, Austria (no kangaroos) Australia (kangaroos) and New Zealand. 
One country that seems to escape me when it comes to relocation is Nigeria.  The perplexing part is my total inability to convert these leads.  For some reason I get an inordinate amount of relocation requests from this lovely African country, but never, no not never have I have sold them a home.
Why just today I got this:
 DEAR REALTOR  I AM SENATOR  BOB EFFIONG FROM NIGERIA  AND I AM INTRESTED IN BUYING PROPERTY TO RELOCATING MY FAMILY TOO.IF YOU CAN HELP,PLEASE GET BACK TO ME WITH MORE INFORMATIONS ON HOW I CAN PROCEED. YOU CAN REACH ME BY E-MAIL. REGARDS  SENATOR14 AZIKIWE CLOSEAPO VILLAGE SENATORS QUATERSGARKI ABUJA NIGERIA
