Appraisers must develop and create addendums each appraisal they perform, including the 1004MC form mandated effective 4-1-09 for all residential homes including FHA Transactions. As appraisers are well aware the 1004MC form must be included in all FRT and MNA, FHLMC, FHA and VA appraisals effective 4-1-09.
