Brentwood tn Real Estate - brentwood home sales for the month of April increased over the month of March by 16 percent. Prices of brentwood homes sold increased by 11 percent to $786,600. With 599 homes still available, inventory is still very high for the amout of buyers in the Brentwood market. If you want the bargain of a lifetime, call me. You might just find the Brentwood home of your dreams at a price that we haven't seen for years, and may never see again.
