WOW... the Strategic Forum was SO great!!
Just got back from the BRO Strategic Forum in Ft Lauderdale, FL.  It was time well spent!!!  Where are my other BRO people?  I created a group just for us!!!   http://activerain.com/group/BRO  You can also just go to the Groups section and type in BRO, that'll get you there! 
The next one coming up is in October in Las Vegas, I'm hyped already!!!
