Luxury Marketing
Have my 3rd listing appointment for 2 homes in the luxury category.  Advertising in this market is very expensive and I am making an arrangement with the seller to finance the marketing part.  Has anyone had any good experiences with the long and foster luxury package?  If you have luxury properties, can you provide some advice on where to market.  We are in a rural environment about 4 hours south of DC and have to go outside our area for buyers.
