Setting the "new standard in mortgage lending"? In Mulkiteo? I had to laugh
I had to laugh at this article on the Snohomish County Business Journal's website.  They actually put out a very good publication, but not sure how this made it through.  Maybe he's an advertiser?  I know even Mr. Skip Kelley probably couldn't have said this with a straight face ... 
 
Bellwether Lending Inc. opens in Mukilteo Kirk “Skip” Kelley, president and mortgage broker of Bellwether Lending Inc., recently opened an office in Mukilteo.
Kelley has been in the real estate industry for more than 15 years, having worked as a real estate appraiser for Snohomish County as well as a loan consultant focusing on mortgage lending.
While a loan consultant, Kelley built his own real estate portfolio, which he owns and manages with his wife, McArthur.
Kelley also is a licensed real estate broker in Washington state.
“As a result of my background, education and experience, I have a broad foundation, which few others in my industry can compete,” Kelley said. “We are looking forward to setting the new standard in mortgage lending.”
