I thoughta that I would post another quote to counter balance the joke that I just posted.  It is from one of the all time greats in motivation and sales training Zig Ziglar.  Here is the quote:
"Winning is not everything, but the effort to win is." 
This is the absolute truth, the effort is the most important thing in our success.  Having a sound plan and making a total effort to make that plan work is what will determine whether someone is successful or not!  This is applicable in all aspects of life, not just sales.  Making the effort is how we stretch our abilities and get better, it is also how we make things happen!
