Marketing: Will virtual curb appeal matter more in the future?
What I call virtual curb appeal is exactly that: curb appeal, virtually--that is, online. While agents are wise to stress the importance of physical curb appeal, how about the virtual kind? We know that most home buyers will start their research online, so what are we doing to differentiate ourselves from the masses of other realtors? I see so many "ok" sites--too many in fact--that just don't invite the user to navigate, to look deeper. 
So how are you maintaining your virtual curb appeal? What are you doing online to differentiate yourself, as a realtor, from the 30+ thousand of competing realtors in and around Toronto? When you visit your website, are you proud of it? Do you have nice photos of your listings? How about video?
