The journey of a thousand miles... Last weekend was my first anniversary blogging on Active Rain. I took my first step here posting "A Sunday Kind of Morning" on November 23rd, 2008. I didn't have a party to celebrate or anything. Actually, I forgot about it until late last night.  The journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step. Lao Tzu A few weekends ago with Halloween approaching I was out doing my Saturday chores. I swung by the grocery store to pickup a few things when my eye caught the perfect autumn pumpkin to carve, just for me. I was putting the pumpion in the shopping cart when I caught myself pondering over my personal little milestone.
