La Habra Makes Top 10 Cities In State With Home Price Increase
La Habra was the only Orange County City represented in the States Top 10 cities with a median home price gain in the
 month of October.  La Habra saw a 16.2% jump in prices compared to a year ago.
Throughout Orange County the overall median price in October was down 1.3% from September at $490,290 but the median price was almost the exact same price as it was in October of 2008. Home sales were up 4% from October and up 0.1% from September.
In the state of California home sales increased 1% in October compared with the same period a year ago. In October the median price of an existing, single-family detached home fell 3.2% from last years median price but rose 0.3% from September ending up at $297,500.
