Closing my FHA nightmare tomorrow
After 91 days from the original date of quit claim deed. We are finally closing my nightmare..... This home has been a challenge. This was suppose to be a very easy check. Approved buyers, found a home that was not on the market yet, we could close in less than two weeks. Yea right!!!! One hurdle after another. This home is truly a blessing for the buyers...... Just everyone remember if you have a quit claim and the people are getting a FHA loan. You have to wait 91 days from that date to close... ... more
