Think Outside the Box
In case you wondered just what that phrase meant, let us help. My creative Grandchildren have decided to ride a cow. I never would have thought of that myself.
I would think to ride a bike, ride a horse, ride a scooter, ride a train, ride a ride at the amusement park, ride a motorcycle, I have even road an elephant at the KC zoo as a small child.
I would not ride a cow. But I could think about someone else riding a cow. After all there are bull riding events at rodeos. So it's not unheard of.
In our real estate businesswe have to come up with inovative ideas quite frequently.
A compromise, a concession, a monetary adjustment, a repair or replacement. These are just some of the many ideas we assist our clients with to keep a deal together or just to make them happier.
I have found it is often beneficial to hear the ideas the clients come up with. They constantly amaze me.
