Courthouse Hill, built in 1996, is located in the heart of Arlington and convenient to both the Courthouse and Clarendon Metro stations. Nearby attractions include the Market Common Clarendon and Ray’s the Steaks, which has been dubbed “the poor man’s Morton’s” by Tom Sietsema, writer for the Washington Post.
Courthouse Hill is a secure-entry building, so don’t forget your keys. They allow pets, but it’s limited to one small pet per unit.
