I understand that creating a blog or website is not always and easy task—especially if you are over the age of 35.  
If you have made it past this obstacle, how do you know that your blog postings are increasing your business or if you are turning people off?  Is there a chance that people are not interested in what you are writing about?
Below are a few tips that may help to increase your readability and generate a bit more business.
Act like you are an expert in your field.  Be an authority and establish your credibility.  Be direct and to the point with your words like you are a go-to source of valuable information. Have a purpose! Know why you are writing and sharing the information.  Your readers are looking for value; yes writing about a great book you read and a bit on your personal life is fine, but make sure there is a clear purpose and reason for them to read your writing on a consistent basis.  Keep them coming back for more.
