Realtionships are GREAT and learnig about other areas of the country is also GREAT!!!
 
This morning I read a post written by Charita Cadenhead titled "I just want to say that it's a pleasure knowing you."  ActiveRain is a great place to form relationships with other professionals in a variety of areas.  Relationships are developed everyday by many people who do not blog, but those relationships are quite different.  Rapport takes longer to develop when the connection is local.  The fact that ActiveRain members communicate daily establishes a link that is reinforced when complimented with the sharing of information, support and instruction with business issues. 
The sharing of information is widespread and plentiful on ActiveRain because of the distance involved.  I would not hesitate to help someone within the ActiveRain network who asks for help with land, new construction, closing builders or marketing product.  Would I share this information with an agent from an ERA office in Franklin, Ma?  I have helped a friend who owns a real estate office in the next town.  We are friends, and I trained her originally.  That's a different relationship.  I want her to be successful and our marketplaces are unique even though ... more
