Heatheridge Lake Condominiums in Fort Collins Colorado are conveniently located just southwest of CSU campus, are adjacent to extensive green space and the Red Fox Meadows Natural Area, and have easy access to the Spring Creek Trail located just south.
Green Space - I was out looking at homes and condos for sale last week and viewed a unit in this nice neighborhood just southwest of CSU Campus called Heatheridge Lake Condominiums. I was immediately struck by the extensive green space that surrounds the condos and the fact that the buildings were not packed on top of each other. My kudos to the developer for not over-building here. I even noticed what looked like a community garden as I explored the grounds. The unit I viewed was a ground floor unit and the back porch contained a small patio that opened up seamlessly to a large green area with a very nice pond in the middle of it. Once outside, the foothills were clearly visible, and the area borders the Red Fox Meadows Natural Area.
Pool and Clubhouse Access - On the way out, I saw the pool and clubhouse mentioned on the MLS write-up. Laundry facilities are also available here.
