Real Estate Sales in south Toledo, Ohio
April 30th is fast approaching when the government assistance program will end.  At this moment, April 18, 2010, there are 251 active listings and 40 pending listings in the south Toledo, Ohio area.  There have been  53 homes sold since January 1st of this year in south Toledo , Ohio
Look out for the months of May and June when closings will light up this real estate market in Sylvania Ohio.  If you have ben a part of this purchasing and selling experience in the last few months you know that real estate agents, buyers, sellers, investors, etc. have been very very busy.  In my opinion, the government assistance program has worked to pick up the market in the Toledo area.
