$3.87 Trillion Lawsuit Against SEC Commissioners
Please please please ... help to expose to the American public the fact that all major media REFUSES to tell us about the largest lawsuit (3.87 TRILLION) in world history that was filed AGAINST the SEC in early January 2010. The suit is based on funds that are owing to CMKM CMKX Diamonds and their shareholders,... fund...s which were used without their consent by the SEC to create phantom shares to sell to fraudsters to ensnare them. It was a giant sting operation around 2003-4-5. Then the Federal Government proceeded to extort payoffs from these criminal entities in exchange for immunity from prosecution. Meanwhile, the SEC led CMKM CMKX and shareholders into believing their funds would be restored. They have not.
