It's raining BUYERS in Macon County Franklin, NC - I hope you selling too!
I worked the entire holiday weekend and been so busy with home buyers & showings on listings it unreal.  Land is at its lowest in years here in Macon County,NC and it is starting to see some light.  It felt like I had this cloud over me for a few months with no contracts, no buyers, but I kept on trudging the road of Real Estate here in Franklin, NC.


  In Franklin, NC our market basically starts Memorial Day weekend.  I been listening to some of you in other areas talk about the market being pretty good and I just haven't seen it until this Memorial Day weekend.  The showings are happening even on the higher priced homes.  Just this week I have a closing, and 3 accepted contracts and lots of showings on others. I am hoping this is a sign of good things to come in our market this year.
