Palm Coast Real Estate Daily Market Report Kristi’s rambling musings about today’s Palm Coast Real Estate Market Today’s Palm Coast Real Estate market report includes 14 new listings, 15 price reductions, and 9 just solds. New listings and price reductions include properties in Palm Harbor, Grand Haven, Tidelands,Saltwater Canals, Hammock Dunes. Cypress Knoll, Surf Club and Ocean Hammock. 3 Properties that were pending and under contract and fell through came back on the market for sale.
The Palm Coast Properties that Caught My Eye Today None of the newly listed or price reduced properties really tickled my interest today…I still personally think  many of the higher end, luxury properties are being listed for higher than what buyers are willing to pay and quite frankly, based on recent sales prices, I doubt many of them will appraise at the prices they are being listed for.
But, a re-listed short sale that fell through did catch my attention.

This property caught my eye due to the location…Cypress Knoll is a highly desired non-gated golf course community clos to the Palm Coast Town Center and the Florida Hospital Flagler.
