This is from a conversation I have recently had with my potential buyers.
 
Thanks for emailing me again and for looking at another beautiful Owensboro, Kentucky home with me.

You stated that you are in no hurry to buy and are going to wait for the right home to come available.
It think that it is perfect that you can and want to take your time and wait for the right home.
I can't blame you at all! You so deserve that privilege!

There is absolutely no hurry and I do not mind if it takes you a long time to find that perfect home in Owensboro Kentucky.
Half the fun is in looking and searching!  
But, I do have some important questions for you now.   In order for our relationship to flourish I need to know a few things.
