Market Snapshot 2010/08/02
Monday Market Snapshot 2010/08/02 Very small increases in available homes. Nine more homes this week than last week in Vancouver. For Clark County , a slight decrease in homes available to 3892; a difference of 15. As for homes under contract, a slight decrease for the city and a slight increase for the county to 669 and 889 respectively.

So what does that mean for You? Whether you're buying or selling, the market is not moving terribly fast either way. Interest rates are still low, so this is still good for buyers because it allows the buyer to purchase more house with the same income. This is good for sellers, because that provides a larger pool of buyers for any given price range.
Speaking of price ranges... I've included some pie charts showing the current homes available and homes pending by major price points.
