Corrales NM Real Estate Report
Here is my Corrales real estate market report for the first half of 2010. There is good news for home sellers in Corrales, with all four area I'm reporting on-total sales, average sales price, average price per square foot and average days on the market-showing positive movement.

Total sales increased from 31 in 2009 to 36 in 2010.

The average sales price increased from $439,760 to $463,681.

The average price per square foot increased from $156 to $163.

The average days on the market decreased from 210 days to 189 days.
These positive signs might be an indication that the beginning of a recovery for the Corrales real estate market is upon us.
