With beacutiful weather 9 months out of the year, clear skys and calm waters it will be the next Florida for all west coast residents. With 1 bedroom condos on the beach selling for under $90,000.00 in a location that is only 3.5 hours driving distance from 3 plus million people in Phoenix Arizona it is the time to know about Rocky Point.
