Agent Loyalty....and the Home Buyer
I have recently had a couple encounters with Consumers, looking to buy homes, who have been in touch with other Real Estate Agents.  That, in and of itself, is not a problem.  What I think the general public does not understand is how hard we agents work.  Consumers, if you are going to buy a home, take the time to interview agents, then pick one to work with..  Your relationship with your agent is just that, a relationship, it is not a one way street.  Just as you need to trust that your agent is going to work in your best interest, an agent should have the comfort of knowing that her/his clients are loyal, and appreciate the energy and effforts....
This is a very difficult business.  So, if you have the good fortune of working with an agent, who is honest and has integrity....you've got a keeper...so be loyal..so there you have it...The World According to Konnie
