Moonrise, Jacksonville Beach, 9/23/10
We had a local Realtor luau last night at an oceanfront condo in Jacksonville Beach.  We enjoyed sticky rice, wonderful al-dente veggies stir fried with beef tips, among other Hawaiian specialties, prepared by a Hawaiian chef.
Being oceanfront, especially last night with a strong sea breeze was a nice prelude to Fall, which we are now "technically" in - I say technically because here in Florida, the change from season to season is especially subtle.
I decided to try my hand at night shots for the first time, and was attempting to get a fabulous shot of the full moon last night.
