Truth in advertising?
I was doing a lot of real estate reading late last night and found a nice slide show of what obviously was a foreclosed property.
There were a few slides that I would have left out unless you're 200% behind truth in advertising. This was the slide that most offended my real estate agent marketing senses:

I'm not quite sure what that slide is supposed to say to the viewer: hole in the ceiling, foreclosure, needs a little TLC?
