What IS Active Rain, anyway?
I ALMOST missed this because I thought it was either the Buyer or Seller video that seemingly made the rounds of every brokerage in town a few weeks ago.  But NO!  It is an Alan May original and it is truly, truly funny. 
Thanks for the laugh!!!  It made my night.
How to address that question of "what exactly IS Active Rain" anyway?  I ran across this excellent video with a good method of dealing with that question...
