Phippsburg Maine October 2010 Real Estate Update
The Coastal town of Phippsburg Maine saw 3 residential real estate transactions last month out of a total of 79 Phippsburg Maine Homes for Sale.  These sales  had a median price of 210K with a median days on the market of 70.  September 2010 also saw 3 homes sell in the Phippsburg Maine Waterfront town but at a much higher median sales price of 256K.  While these lower sales prices in October allowed  for the median days on the market for Coastal Maine Real Estate sales to decrease by 72% compared to the higher priced market this past September, the sales did not change. It appears that Phippsburg Maine Real Estate will still sell at a higher price point, but it is ultimately the sellers decision if they are willing to wait for those sales to go through.
