 A proposed development in Douglas County Colorado called Sterling Ranch is getting some attention.  Sterling Ranch is bordered on the south by Chatfield State Park, on the east of Roxborough Park, west of Sante Fe (U S 85) parallel to West Titan Road and north of agricultural land in the Chatfield Valley area is a 3,400-acre project.
