Homes For Sale Vancouver WA -- November Angst and Action. Real Estate in Vancouver WA has seen a couple of improvements for November 2010. This month the Pending sales increased by 11 units (+5.5%) while the the Sold homes dropped to 189 -- reflective of the very Slow October.Of the stick-built houses and condos for sale that went pending in November, we saw both the Short Sales and the Bank Owned Homes segments now capturing the largest percentage -- combined they were 54.0% of the total Pending Sales (45.8% last month). The foretold 3rd Wave of Distressed Properties, combined with better short-sale approval rates and resumed Bank-Owned sales is likely the reason for the increase in the Active category for this segment.
