31 Days of December Challenge - Days 4, 5, 6 and 7!
Like some of the other participants of the December Challenge, I am finding that business is getting in the way!  Just kidding  (sort of), but it does make for an interesting day if out showing  14-15 houses!  Which is exactly what happened on my
 
Day 4   Spent the entire day out in the snow showing homes to Jeff, one of the nicest guys I have ever met.  More fun than work.  He called last week and said he was coming to town this weekend to buy a home. He has a great sense of humor and knows what he wants.  No time wasted. We will be making an offer on one of the homes in the next few days.  His lender says she could do his loan with her eyes shut.  Don’tcha just love those?  This will close yet this year as my last sale, but money will be my starting point for 2011!
Day 5  Learned a lesson in time management---one of my weakest skills.  I did not blog or respond to leads until evening.  Once I sat down to do that, I discovered that my internet was down!  Part of the Comcast fiasco and completely unexpected.  Had I ... more
