I just purchased a Car Wash, anyone own one?
So I just purchased a car wash in Garland, Tx.  Its a 6 bay self service car wash.  Its the first commericial piece of property that I own.  I purchased it because I got an awesome deal on it, and it had a great history of income.... 
However, I have never owned one before... Does anyone own a car wash that will share some words of wisdom, advice, tips, anything?  just curious...
