Foreclosure options
Foreclosure is not a word that is usually associated with options.  Clearly, people who find themselves facing foreclosure feel they are out of options and that is a terrible place to be. 
There may be other options before going the foreclosure route and they include:
Selling the property Short sale Researching loan modifications Researching rental possibility Too often people wind up in foreclosure because they are ashamed of their situation, are in denial or simply don't know where to start, who to talk to, how to proceed.
