I’m A Member of Realtor.Com, Now What?
I joined realtor.com a few months back and I’ve been pretty happy with the results. I have a few listings so I’m getting some pretty good advertising on the web site. They say that it’s the #1 consumer site for house hunters. I can’t go and say without a doubt that it has gotten me any new clients. Its great to have a showcase listing and your listing pops up first, but does this warm and cozy feeling I can tell my sellers about justify me paying a yearly membership fee? Are there any other realtors out there that find realtor.com a necessity? I’m starting to wonder if I should just go back with the free listing on their site because I’m not getting any more buyers than before paying for the service. ... more
