What Neighborhoods are around Loose Park in Kansas City?
People preparing to buy a home around Loose Park, the Country Club Plaza or Brookside often want to know more about the subdivisions and Homeowners' Associations. People who are relocating to Kansas City see that this is a central location and, after driving around, decide this is the area of Kansas City where they would like to live. So, here's a little info to get you started:
 
On the map, the Country Club Plaza is to the NORTH.
To the EAST of University of Missouri at Kansas City (UMKC) is Rockhurst University.

The Stowers Institute is just north of the UMKC grounds.

Some of the subdivisions are shown on the map but there are many that aren't.
To the WEST, off the edge of this map, is Kansas. Neighboring areas on the KS side would be Fairway, Westwood Hills, Mission Hills.
Also to the West is the Kansas City Country Club, Mission Hills Country Club and Indian Hills Country Club.
The Crestwood shops, including Aixois, are just east of Brookside Blvd. 
The Brookside shops, including the 2 grocery stores, are at 63rd St, east of Wornall.
