This is a view of Manhattan on the roof top of a listing I have in Greenpoint, Brooklyn-NY. I took this listing for $1,600,000; It is a beautiful 8 Family home, fully tenant occupied, lots of original detail and A VIEW TO DIE FOR! I was putting my marketing and technology skills into play trying to market this unique listing but within 30 days we got an offer from a buyer doing a 1031 exchange and went straight under contract! WOW what a blessing that was! Owners are HAPPY ... Buyers are HAPPY ... Real Estate Agent -- VERY HAPPY! 
Who said the Real Estate Market was slow?? Who said people are not buying/selling??
Just wanted your opinion ... Can a BEAUTIFUL VIEW sell Real Estate?
