Don't Be So Rigid You Might Burst Your Own Balloon.
The home next door is up for sale.  Open house.  Real estate agent has signs all over, ties ribbons around the trees, sandwich boards around the front yard with arrows pointing inside and ... has balloons. 
Balloons all over - the street signs, the front door - a child would think there is a birthday party happening in the house.  Well at least mine does!
I see the agent outside strolling around the front yard so I go over to say hi.  A few minutes later, a car pulls up and out jumps a family - with twin little girls. 
Now tell me - what do little kids do when they see balloons?  When mine was little like that, if she got a balloon she thought she struck gold - her world was complete and she wanted nothing more if someone gave her a balloon. Simple happiness.
The girls go running for the balloons while screaming, "I'd like the pink one - no the red -- Mommy could we pick two balloons?"
As they jumped up and down to reach the balloons, real estate agent, grimacing and gritting her teeth, "I'm sorry little girls, you can't have any balloons, they are ... more
