Air Conditioning Check Up in Cary: It is almost time!
Spring comes early in Cary, NC, and the best time to check the air conditioning equipment is before we need it. 
 

Yes, it is cold and the air conditioner is in hibernation.  Now.  It won't last.When those first 90 degree days roll around with high humidity, it isn't a great plan to hit the thermostat and pray for cool air.That is when the HVAC contractors get real busy, and are hard to track down.
We know that we have an upstairs unit that just didn't really make it through the season last year.  As soon as we get to a steady 60 degrees, I'll have the guys from Matson Mechanical for a check up.  And it is 17 years old, so it just might be time to put something new, shiny, and more efficient in place.  We won't put any significant money into the old unit.
