Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) has become the next target designation.  Coupled with the CLHMS, it expands the upper tier market niche to exotic overseas destinations, as well as opening the door to working with buyers from overseas. 
The EURO / US Dollar exchange rate being very favorable to the Europeans right now, as is the UK £ / US $ exchange rate favors the British, the prices on U.S. second and vacation home properties is particularly attractive, especially to avid golfers who seem to be swooping in to take advantage of bargains in Florida and Arizona.
I heard of one Scottish golfer who recently purchased three homes on a Florida golf course - what "fore" you ask - one for him and two to rent out of "course".
