You Gotta Just Do Whatever It Takes.....Sometimes.
No doubt real estate transactions are way more complex than in the past. Keeping up with all the legal, technical and social requirements is almost a full time job in and of itself! As a result it can often be overwhelming when a contract you have worked so hard to see to the close,  becomes slowed down again and again because of anther's errors or inadequacies or even some poorly designed bureaucratic system that none of us on a local level have any control over at all.
But sometimes stuff just happens.  And  often no matter how hard we planned and strategized things just don't want to go as we hoped for.   So.....You can waste time blaming, complaining, whining and moaning..... or you do what I have found is less stressful and more profitable in the long run ...just shut up, roll up your sleeves and go to work to solve the problem.  In the long run you will find you will see more transactions close, put more dollars in your pocket, and experience way less stress.  Sometimes you Gotta just do whatever it takes.
