Viva Las Vegas!
Having working my butt off over the past several months my wife and I booked a much needed holdiay to Las Vegas. 
We get so caught up with life, kids, work, etc. sometimes we forget one of the main reasons we do it, and that's to be able to interesting things and enjoy ourselves.  Even though Las Vegas isn't the greatest place to relax it makes me think, do we need a regular getaway place?
I believe the answer is yes, and no all depending what your needs and abilities are.  If you especially like a particular spot and would appreciate having that second home so you don't have to bring the kitchen sink then that is for you.  There is one thing for sure and that is that buying a vacation home can be an excellent investment.  On the other hand if you want to explore different locations then vacation home ownership may not be for you.
Whatever you decide, just keep one thing in mind and that is "TAKE TIME OFF!!"
