Should We Be Using The Police As Armed Tax Collectors?Should We Be Using The Police As Armed Tax Collectors?Our state of Washington is, by some estimates, as far as 42 BILLION dollars in debt.Close to where I live there is a blind spot for police to hide between the two sides of an 8 lane freeway.We notice very often on the way to church on a Sunday morning an unusual phenomena. The Sunday morning  traffic is light, the weather is clear and there are no hazardous conditions present. Yet as many as 5 or 6 police cars will line up in this blind spot and pull over everyone coming down the road.The pickings are easy, the people are friendly (remember they are mostly going to church) and the road is wide open.It amounts to using the police as armed tax collectors.Should We Be Using The Police As Armed Tax Collectors?
