South End Condos For Sale!  Yesterday, during a lovely spring-time walk through the South End, I stopped by a lovely top floor condo for sale that was having an open house.  It was my pleasure to walk through and see first-hand the highlights this home has to offer.
From the warmly-painted red walls in the front of the home to the updated kitchen and bath and then to the rear bedroom, with panoramic city views, the place yearns to be called "Home"!  The current owners have done a wonderful job maintaining, updating and decorating.  It's very easy to picture yourself here, living comfortably. 

The highlight of my visit was my trip to the roof deck.  The view was amazing on this wonderful spring day!  I had to take a video to share (see below)!  Out of all the South End condos for sale, this view is one of the best!
Located just a block from Tremont Street at Clarendon, the location is unbeatable.  Walkscore.com gives this a "Very Walkable" 78.
