A bunch of fruits helped sell this house to my buyers
Yep, the house was exactly the same as the one next door, but the difference was a bunch of fruits in the back yard. The backyard had grapes, apples, plums, and even an Asian pear tree.
This house wasn't anything special and neither was the neighborhood, but because this seller planted these items 15 years ago, today, it helped them sell their home!
