April 13th Market Update: Are your taxes done yet?
Good Morning,
Since interest rates are once again holding steady and I’ve done my due diligence to give you a friendly tax reminder I figured it’s been a while since I sent out a quick family update.
Our little girl is now 9 months old and for the past couple months has been pretty kind to let us sleep through the night. She’s at a very fun age that makes both Shannon and I spend our days counting down the minutes until we can leave the office and go see our little girl once again. The crying, pooping and eating lump has become her own little person and is doing her best to keep us on our toes every day. I’m beginning to think that this girl is a keeper ;-)
Here are where today’s rates are trending Rates: 30 year fixed at 4.875% and the 15 year at 4.25%, FHA: 4.625%: As always rates change with individual credit scenarios and programs, with credit in the mid 700s and a 20% down payment these rates are what you should be seeing.
