The Overland Park Spring Real Estate market is here but something is missing......
Just as April showers brings May flowers, home buyers start searching for that perfect home. However, there is a huge problem this year, buyers don't have enough quality homes to choose from in Overland Park. The buyers started looking in February this year and most sellers are waiting until May when the school year ends to list their Overland Park home.
If you are a potential home seller and you are waiting till May or June to place your Overland Park or Johnson County Home on the market, you may be missing the hoards of buyers that are desperatly looking for a good home right now.
By moving your timeline up by 1 or 2 months you can take advantage of the lean inventory of available homes and large pool of qualified buyers. If you decide to wait until May or June you will be placing your home into competition with everyone else that was waiting till the school year ends.
