The Glenora Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has fallen off substantially in the first quarter of 2011.  Glenora is actually coming closer to the Edmonton selling price per square foot average.  This can be explained though.  Glenora had only 3 homes sell in the first quarter of 2011, and 2 of the 3 were on the busy 102nd avenue.  So, the average sold price per square foot is a bit misleading in Glenora so far in 2011.  I expect the average in Glenora to bounce back in the next quarter of 2011.
