Downtown San Diego Condos & Lofts Sold - Cash vs. Financing - Jan to Dec 2010

This graph is showing us how many Condos and Lofts that were sold from January to December 2010, Cash vs. Financing in Downtown San Diego.
A total of 1120 homes were sold during the year and financing lead the way with a total of 728 (65%) homes sold. A total of 392 (35%) of all transaction was Cash.
