East side Las Vegas 55 plus community located in zip code: 89122.  This Vegas age restricted community is located within the guard gated community of Stallion Mountain.  Solera itself is also gated.
What is your Vegas 55 Plus home worth? The recreation center features a resort style outdoor pool and spa.  Also, activity rooms, fitness center, billiards, bocce ball and tennis courts.  All of this for approximately $100 per month in homeowners association dues.

These are all single story homes, with two to three bedrooms, two baths and two car attached garages.  You get also get low E windows and cocoon insulation.  Very energy efficient homes - definitely necessary in our summer heat.
View other Las Vegas 55 plus communities I have several clients who have purchased in this community and they love the location.  There is plenty of shopping available at the local Albertsons center and a Super Walmart is nearby as well.  Close to Sams Town and Eastside Cannery.  Also, not too far from Lake Mead.
